Postures. Please remember to practice both sides (Left and Right) Especially Hicho, balance is important. Sensei also wants you to practice blocking and kicking from hicho. When blocking and kicking make sure: You squat down as you block and move knee inwards out of the way. Then stand up and kick with a Soku Gyaku (Toe Strike) aimed at the Uke's armpit Attachments:
